While we process rush applications with priority, approval depends on meeting all requirements and passing security checks. Most rush applications are approved within 1-2 business days, but complex cases may take longer.

Rush processing must be selected during the initial application. Once submitted with standard processing, it cannot be upgraded. For fastest processing, choose rush option from the start.

If your application is rejected, you'll receive a full refund of the rush processing fee. The government fee is non-refundable. You can reapply with corrected information if needed.

No, weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days. Processing times refer to working days (Monday-Friday) when immigration offices are operational.
